Associate Director – Technology & Innovation
With a profound experience spanning over 30 years in the education and operations management sectors, Monika Sharma is the Associate Director – Technology & Innovation at Khaitan Education Centre. Her expertise lies in weaving technology into the educational fabric, markedly enhancing learning experiences at KEC.
Monika is an alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad, holding a Master's in Business Administration, complemented by her advanced studies in Computer Applications and System Designing. With a profound background in Psychology from Delhi University, she has also amassed rich corporate experience with giants like Vodafone, Standard Chartered, and GE.
Her unique mix of technical, business, and psychological expertise empowers her to lead innovative educational technology initiatives at KEC, blending her corporate acumen with a passion for transformative learning.
Head of Administration
Raman Kochhar serves as the Admin Head at Khaitan World School, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in educational administration, operations management, and campus development. With a strong foundation in institutional administration and continuous professional learning through specialized training programs, he has developed expertise in facility management, transport operations, security systems, statutory compliance, procurement, and infrastructure planning.
Throughout his career, Raman has been instrumental in establishing efficient administrative processes and fostering safe, well-organized, and student-centric learning environments. His leadership focuses on operational excellence, resource optimization, and maintaining the highest standards of campus management.

Academic Coordinator – Senior Wing
With nearly two decades of experience in education, academic administration, and institutional leadership, Dr. Nidhi Yadav serves as the Academic Coordinator – Senior Wing at Khaitan World School. Recognized for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to educational excellence, she plays a pivotal role in driving academic quality, fostering innovation, and building high-performing learning communities.
She holds a Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Microbiology) and is a Gold Medalist in Microbiology. Her academic qualifications include a PGDM, B.Ed. (Science), M.Sc. Microbiology, and B.Sc. Microbiology. She is also CTET-qualified, has successfully cleared the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), and holds certifications in GCP-ICH, Leadership Education & Abilities Development (LEAD), and Six Sigma (White Belt). This strong academic foundation, combined with her extensive professional experience, enables her to bring both scholarly depth and strategic insight to educational leadership.

Academic Coordinator – Preparatory
Rashmi Tyagi is the Academic Coordinator – Preparatory at Khaitan World School, with over a decade of experience in education. Since taking on this role, she has been supporting academic excellence across the Preparatory Stage through effective curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, and student-centred learning practices.
An MBA in Finance, B.Ed., and CTET-qualified educator, Rashmi brings expertise in curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional practices. She has played a key role in the implementation of the Balanced Literacy Programme for Grades 3–5, progression mapping, and assessment initiatives aligned with the National Curriculum Framework.
Passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, Rashmi works closely with teachers, students, and parents to foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Academic Coordinator – Foundation
Suruchi Sharma is the Academic Coordinator – Foundation Years at Khaitan World School, with over 16 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and academic leadership. With more than a decade of international experience in the Middle East, she has worked across Cambridge, CBSE International, EYFS, Reggio Emilia and Global Montessori Plus curricula, bringing global best practices into child-centred learning.
She holds an M.A., B.Ed., and UK qualifications in Early Years Education and Leadership. A Certified Jolly Phonics Trainer and KHDA-approved STEAM Trainer, she has also mentored learners for FIRST LEGO League and Innovation Fairs. Passionate about fostering creativity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning while empowering educators through curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and innovative teaching practices to create future-ready, child-centred learning environments that inspire confident, curious and lifelong learners.
Head of Junior School
With 22 years of experience in education, Pooja Babbar is a dynamic academic leader driven by a vision to create meaningful and future-ready learning experiences. She brings deep expertise in the Primary Years Programme (PYP), inquiry-based pedagogy, and the development of writing skills that nurture confident, critical, and compassionate learners.
A co-author of the CBSE Experiential Learning Manual, Pooja is a CBSE Certified Trainer and Resource Person who has mentored educators and championed innovative teaching practices. She is also certified in SEE Learning from Emory University, Atlanta, USA, equipping her to foster social, emotional, and ethical competencies alongside academic excellence.

Head of School – Foundation Years
With over 20 years of experience in education, Kavita Guglani leads the Foundation Years at Khaitan World School with deep expertise in Early Years teaching and learning. A passionate advocate for play-based inquiry and personalised learning, she is committed to creating intentional, nurturing environments where our youngest learners develop curiosity, agency and joy in discovery.
Kavita believes the early years lay the foundation for life, not just for school. Under her leadership, the Foundation Years programme honours each child's unique pace and interests, fostering strong partnerships with parents and empowering educators to make every day of learning purposeful and meaningful.
Principal
Ms. Sharma is an accomplished educator and school leader with over 24 years of experience across leading institutions, including Mother’s International School, Delhi, Delhi Public School, Noida, and Step by Step School, Noida. With a strong academic foundation in Science and Biochemistry, a GATE percentile of 94.7, and a Ph.D. opportunity at IIT Bombay, she chose to dedicate her career to shaping meaningful learning experiences for young people.
Passionate about student-centred, experiential and inquiry-driven learning, she has led curriculum innovation, educator development and Project-Based Learning initiatives. Her work has been recognised by the Federation of Public Schools, Delhi, and strengthened through leadership training at IIM Kolkata and specialised PBL training in San Francisco. She remains committed to nurturing curious, confident and future-ready learners.
